Update to support Laravel 9

Package currently has dependencies that conflict with Laravel 9, specifically pragmarx/coollection > pragmarx/ia-collection. There is already an open PR on that lib to support Laravel 9, but I've created this issue to track when we'd be able to update the dependency here.

@antonioribeiro please could you also bump up the nette/caching version

Installing on php 8.1.8 show this error:

nette/caching v3.1.1 requires php >=7.2 <8.1 -> your php version (8.1.8) does not satisfy that requirement.

In spite of multiple reminders (I also sent an email, asking for the update), our requests remain without answer (whereas other repositories are regularly maintained).

I have, for my part, switched to the package rinvex/countries that is far from having the same features as this one but which corresponds to my needs and which has the merit of being compatible with Laravel 9 and PHP 8.
