No reply since 24-Nov-2017 about this issue? Autodafe seems MIA (except on their Facebook page) :-) fortunately, it's "easy" to edit the following (10~15 minutes):

1/ the plugin itself (Autodafe.cpp): source is provided, but programming knowledge is - a bit - required, but by following instructions given by VCV, it's not hard to edit and recompile. 2/ the relevant "SEQ8.svg" and "SEQ16.svg" (I've used Inkscape 0.92.2 to do this).

I have better and more urgent things to do than removing a wrong plural from a background graphics, c'mon. I will fix it in the next release when v. 0.6 or 1.0 come out...

yes, 10 minutes to do it.. then anoter 10 to recompile everything for mac, 10 minutes for win, 10 for linux, 10 to upload it, 10 to upfdate the webiste, 10 to update the plugin manager links and manifest and so on I am planning a graphic overhaul of my modules and some fixing for the new release of rack, not sooner...
