Add MFA support

First of all, I just want to say thank you! This is a great tool that I use all the time.

I find myself in a situation now where one of my accounts requires MFA, even for CLI access and I would love it if awsp supported that. Is there any interest in adding that functionality? I'm willing to do the work, although my bash skills are a little rusty. 😀
