This change is needed for swift2--regression tests fail.

Apparently, the crash happens when using a local copy of the Antlr Tool that fixes a problem with empty actions. https://github.com/antlr/antlr4/issues/4819. But, just looking over the base class code for this grammar, it's not correct because, yes, it assumes the token stream has been filled to the EOF.
