Windows CI build fails

As you are already using a Linux build, what are you trying to achieve using a windows build? And what excactly are the problems here?

I included windows, to ensure it worked for windows users. I don't personally use windows or have a windows machine, so I didn't spend time to debug the test failure.

Is there a way to access the latest windows builds? I only see the linux builds within GitHub Actions.

Oh i just noted the Windows build in case someone else wanted to use Windows.
