windows11 (load driver failed)

hello i downloaded by ZIP file and extract on download file I ran it as adminstator and i get loaddriver failed. I did do like the issue #28 then i can't fixed it Please, should do i do next? image My pc abut windows 11_x64 version 22h2 (OS Build 22621.1702)
