Seems like the Global Hyper Strenght and Hypernetwork strengths are not working right

I try Global hypernetwork strentgth always = 1 with Hypernetwork-MonkeyPatch-Extension #14 fix, but seems like the calculation of "Hypernetwork strengths" are wrong now, because if globlar strenght is 1 all the networks strength is 1, but if I decrease the global all strenghts decrease, the "Hypernetwork strengths" seems to have an effect but not exactly the one written on the "Hypernetwork strengths" box.

For me, installing Hypernetwork-MonkeyPatch-Extension fixed this problem. Does it work for you?
