handle M-f, M-b, and M-d

as the title says, handling for M-f, M-b, and M-d are added

This adds a very small amount of code in order to implement common navigation escape sequences. I think that will be useful for a lot of people who rely on these particular commands from e.g. emacs.

looks mergable to me!
