Support HTML5 geolocation for centering map

Fixes #12 by auto-centering map in the easiest way possible

This is invalid if you're reading a dumpfile --ifile or listening to remote with --net-ri-port

It actually works regardless of which data source you use, as long as you have an internet connection.

Hm, let me elaborate -- the map will be centered on the user accessing the web server rather than on the location where the dump1090 server is running. The two locations may not be located near by geographically. I like your approach, but we could improve by centering again upon receiving first airplane coordinates.
