[Feature Request] Make Dupe-Clear "Portable".

Hi, I came across this review for your little program, and everything looks great! But unfortunately it is not portable, can you make it so?

Me too. I would like a PORTABLE version. Managing duplicates is an infrequent exercise ... an installed version adds to much bloat.
