Increase the maximum number of parallel connections and the maximum number of parallel connections per download

I don't know if AM uses aria2 for downloads, but it would be a good idea to implement it because that would already make increasing the number of connections more practical, since aria2 supports 32 simultaneous connections per download if I'm not mistaken.
