No mention anywhere of the MHC-I molecule they used in the tetramer-based magnetic enrichment. Should this be obvious, since B6 mice are used?

Looks like so, you can also write to Paul G Thomas who is on the authors list, he usually replies very fast.

Unfortunately it appears to be a paper with incomplete CDR3 sequences, lacking V and J parts. As V/J trimmings are random, it is almost impossible to find out the real CDR3 sequence.

Moreover, I think this is the subset of what was submitted by them https://github.com/antigenomics/vdjdb-db/issues/195
