Does not work on 2 fully working clips taken from the same video

This software crashes whenever I try recovering an mp4 video that corrupted due to my PC crashing during recording.

So, I made 2 clips from another working video, and ran one in the software, pointing to the other as the reference. Just to see if it would still crash. It didn't crash, but produced a completely broken video. It's skipping frames all over the place, the audio is stuttering like crazy, and it mixed both audio tracks (mic audio and system audio) into a single track.

Both original videos work perfectly fine and are clips taken from the same video.
