What's Wrong?

Recently, after release of v2.0.15 the Shift+Tab options stop to set Plan mode and started to toggle the Think mode (The same way a single Tab does).

I have restarted Claude Code and the Machine. I have uninstalled Claude Code and reinstalled. I checked that the shift and tab keys are working properly. I checked all the settings from the Windows Terminal.

Claude Code v2.0.17 OS: Windows 11 Shell: PowerShell v7.5.3

What Should Happen?

When Shift+Tab is pressed Claude Code should change between Plan Mode, Auto Edit Mode, and Normal Mode.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Claude Code
2. Press Shift+Tab
3. Instead of change to Plan mode the Thinking mode toggles between on and off.
