[Bug] Terminal Unresponsive with No Input Prompt or Output

Bug Description In this session only, it happned multiple times that terminal wasn't giving any output and there was no plae for me to give prompt etc, I tried Ctrl+C Ctrl+X multiple enters etc, it diddn't help, I had to close the session and start again, but this is painful, can't do it again and again

Happened to me too today. running latest version of claude. 2.0.13 Had to close it and open it again :(

@JoMiPeCa If you are using terminal in the VS, just killing the terminal and opening a new terminal also works and then /resume is a god send
