Problem Statement

When typing a command the agent will pop a menus for Yes, Yes Always and No

but I'm busy typing ! respect I am already typing - keep the typing box for input and pop your menu above it. sure, prevent me submitting it in case the question is relevant but it is really irritating to finish typing, look up and find it was waiting for you to press 1 2 or 3

even worse if 1 2 or 3 is in my typing!

I just auto hit 1 without reading it so i can keep typing which is going to hurt one day

Adding a cross-reference to #13357 which documents this as a bug (not just a UX enhancement) with concrete reproduction evidence:

• Screenshot showing the exact collision moment
• Session ID for debugging
• Specific scenario: User typing a numbered response (2. build in progress...) while feedback prompt (1: Bad 2: Fine 3: Good) captures the leading digit

The issue isn't just annoying UX - it causes silent input corruption where user intent is misinterpreted as feedback ratings.

This supports escalating from enhancement to bug priority.
