Steps to Reproduce

Create new python project in VS.NET 2022

Open terminal and start Claude Code

Prompt: create a new file called ShowMessage.py to show a message in console, it should be called by PythonApplication1.py

Result: File is created but not added to the python project

Expected File is created and added to the python project
