[FEATURE REQUEST] Add timezone to /status output

When I enter /status in Claude Code, it outputs a time for when usage limits are reset. However, it does not specify a timezone so it is difficult to plan work around when the reset will occur. For example:

Claude Code Status v1.0.24

 Working Directory
  L /home/devuser/workspace

 Account • /login
  L Login Method: Claude Max Account
  L Organization: [email protected]'s Organization
  L Email: [email protected]

 Memory • /memory
  L user: ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md

 Model • /model
  L Default Opus 4 for up to 20% of usage limits, then use Sonnet 4 (currently Sonnet · Resets at 5pm)

It would be helpful to specify a timezone in the output.

I'm pretty sure it's reading your local timezone. I'm in ET. It told me at 2:40pm my usage would reset at 3:00pm, which it did.

Great idea for clarity though.
