Performance Regression: Claude SDK Initialization Extremely Slow or Unresponsive

Bug Description Claude code skd is completely broken or hyper slow. (30+ secconds) python wont launch at all and the js verion takes 30 seconds to respond and just using the -p flag takes almost 30 seconds too.
