Getting API error after sometime of usage

Sometimes when long task is completed and next task is giving this error log

this goes in loop, restarting terminal or claude doesn't solve this issue, but on restarting laptop its working fine

I haven't hit any limits and on restart its working fine, am on claude max 200$ plan

even submitting bug from console is failing, mostly there is some issue with api connectivity in the library, am pretty sure this is not something to do with backend

The situation is dire... Claude Code has been unusable for days. I hope my Max subscription is going to be reimbursed for those lost days...
