Feature: add logging for conversation

At the end of the claude session it would be great to have a log file with everything that happened in the terminal, what Claude did, tried, responded,...

@jralduaveuthey - https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/monitoring-usage has a lot of information on logging, but what is mind-boggling to me is that apparently the only things you can't log are claude's actual responses...
