when i sync a github repo it loads forever and does not sync
and sorry to report the bug here as i did not know where else to report and on the support they dont answer at all
Synching message non stop.
also related to github updates:
upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination
Once in a while we get a proper update.
I also experience this issue. Previously it has been a little slow, but today the syncing never ends. I get the same upstream connect error as you.

I also had to reinstall the claude app in our github org this morning, since no public repos could be accessed. There should have been no need to reinstall the claude app.
can't get repo to sync, glad you guys had the same issue, otherwise i wouldn't have known what was locking me out of the chatbox entirely
I'm experiencing the same issue. My GitHub repository is no longer syncing with Claude Projects, even though it was working perfectly until 1-2 weeks ago. The sync appears to have stopped working after the recent update that introduced conversation desegmentation. The GitHub connector shows as "Connected" in the project settings, but the repository files are not accessible or indexed in the conversation context.
Should I create a new ticket @Kothulhu94 or do you think it's the same issue? (on the 10th of june I was very OK, but maybe they are not pushing updates on all accounts at once which would explain why I was ok so far.
Additionally, there's a discrepancy in the capacity reporting: When I click "Add content from GitHub", it shows 64% of total capacity used, but in the project view under the GitHub connector section, it displays "93 files selected - 7% of capacity used". I'm on the Claude Max plan ($200/month), so capacity shouldn't be an issue.

I have the same issue. I am connected to GitHub (both on web and desktop) and I can access the repositories, even the private ones.
I select the files.
But syncing is not working, and I can't send any messages unless I remove the connection to the repo in the chat field

Having the same issue. I didn't initiate the sync, I just noticed I couldn't reply in the current conversation and when I exited back out to the Project I noticed my GitHub repo syncing. I removed it and re-added it and that didn't resolve the issue. Removing my repo does, however, allow to me continue chatting and sending messages. I just don't have my repo in the project knowledge for reference.

Same here. Started 2 hours ago. In the project chat, The send button is disabled and shows "syncing knowledge". In the project, GH is spinning foever. Removing GH, logging out and in, reconnecting GH doesn't help (used to)
