[BUG] Broken keyboard shortcuts on Linux

What's Wrong?

Broken shortcuts on Linux for me include:

• Ctrl+v does not paste text from the clipboard (although images do seem to work).
• Ctrl+z does not suspend.

What Should Happen?

Ctrl+v should paste from the clipboard and Ctrl+z should suspend Claude Code.

Open Claude, edit text, hit Ctrl+v or Ctrl+z.
