claude-code [Feature request] Configurable "Approaching Opus usage limit"

Hey,

i have noticed for a first time yesterday that there is new message "Approaching Opus usage limit ...". I believe this has come with some recent update. I would love to see some kind of configuration for this message (same as for /model command where is by default auto-switch from Opus to Sonnet after 20% usage).

Would be great to set threshold by myself in some config (like opusUsageLimit: 50 for 50% threshold) or disabling this message completely by setting it to 0.

Right now it is quite disturbing and eye catching, which is an intention i guess, but would be great to have a way to hide it or configure at least.
