"Update Fails to Install: Persistent 'Restart to Apply' State"

Bug Description It will not apply the update. It says Restart to Apply permanently, the update never seems to apply.

@dicksontsai it appears that we may have issues with the change to the keychain resolution

My keychain resolution change happened after v1.0.6 came out, which seems to be the problematic version in this Github issue. The errors in the description are unrelated to the user's bug description.

@rjurney could you please just try re-installing the newest version v1.0.11?
