[BUG] Claude Code does not render any readable text when displaying a plan in Windows PowerShell

What's Wrong?

Text is not rendered in plan.

What Should Happen?

Show the text in plan so user can read it in PowerShell.

• Install latest node (msi for Windows) version 24.12.0
• install latest claude version 1.0.24
• run claude
• select plan mode
• the app will display invisible or unreadable characters in plan in Windows Powershell.
