[BUG] Reset time formatting issue

i live in Germany and the "reset time" looks a bit weird for me:

Your limit will reset at 9 Uhrpm (Europe/Berlin).

the "correct" way for Germany would actually be:

Your limit will reset at 21 Uhr (Europe/Berlin).

Sorry for that mostly irrelevant nitpicking 😅
