[BUG] WSL screen scroll jumps

Bug Description

When I am trying to read messages within Claude Code. The display is janky in that while I'm reading something near the bottom, it jumps all the way to the top. It happens constantly and prohibits me from validating the code or determing the comments or questions that Claud Code is giving me.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

Keep the screen where I am at so I can read what I am on.

Actual Behavior

The screen scrolls all the way to the top without my interacting and without me haveing any control.

Same. MacOS, claude code in vscode extension. The window scrolls up, but also all over theplace so it seems the screen is glitching, sometimes it becomes stable again. This started maybe 1 week ago. Its a huge problem.

Still an issue in 1.0.93

I'm using JetBrains Rider on Windows.
