[Bug] Claude refusing to execute skills and running scripts within skill instead

Bug Description What is it with Claude now not wanting to run skills and run the script within the skill? So all of a sudden now I keep catching Claude when it's meant to run the skill and I find it's not done that, it's actually gone and direct r directly worked around the skill and then started... To do things direct directly when I escape out of it and say run the skill, it does sometimes. I've got to do this 2 or 3times in this new version now, it's worse than it was before. Before, not that long ago, this was working so well it was unbelievable. Now, we've gone backwards yet again.
