[BUG] claude code for vscode responds very slowly for the first time

What's Wrong?
The Claude Code VSCode extension has a problem where it sends a message once in a new conversation in the secondary sidebar, and when using a custom API, the AI response is very slow, taking around 27 seconds to recover. Of course, Claude Code also freezes the VSCode terminal for 15 seconds before you can input text. Claude Code has a serious performance bug when starting up in VSCode for the first time. Using Claude in the Windows terminal is fine, but I still want to use it in VSCode.

When I didn't say it, v2.0.71 Claude code CLI responded faster, which is normal, but v2.0.75 Claude Code for VS Code still freezes for at least 20 seconds or so in the first conversation.
