Incorrect Tab Context When Multiple WebStorm Windows Are Open with Claude Code

Bug Description

When two WebStorm windows are open and Claude Code is running in one project, it incorrectly opens new tabs with code changes in the other project's window instead of the current one where Claude Code is active. This creates confusion as the tabs appear in the wrong context.

Expected:

Modified file tabs should open in the same WebStorm window where Claude Code is running.
