Bug Description

have two broken authentication methods: • Max plan authentication (your original $200/month service) • API authentication (your attempted workaround) This demonstrates that the authentication system has fundamental issues affecting multiple user types 1 2 3. Immediate Action Required This is now a complete service failure: • Document both failures - Max plan AND API OAuth both broken • Escalate immediately to executive support • Demand immediate resolution or full refund
