[Bug] Update() tool causes token counting freeze with Max(20x) iteration limit

Bug Description I am Using Max(20x) and when the Update() tool is used it is recently being stuck at tokens count also freezes. I have to kill the terminal, spin up new claude instance, /resume and load the conversation and continue
