[BUG] I don't have Claude 4

Environment

  • Platform (select one):
    • [ ] Anthropic API
    • [ ]
  • Claude CLI version: Claude Code v0.2.115,
  • Operating System: macOS 15.3.1
  • Terminal: VSC

Does Claude Code already have Claude 4? Without using API KEY.

I also tried to update to the latest version but it is still ✓ Update installed · Restart to apply - Reinstall does not help.
