[Feature Request] Restore to-do list UI from web version to CLI

Bug Description Bring back the to-do list that you have on the AI that's on the web version or claw code web. You used to have a beautiful to-do check off list. Locally on the CLI that needs to come back I remember when I first started using Claude, it's probably 1 of the things that got me to use it, is it had these beautiful green check-off marks. Of each task it was going to do, and that it had planned out. Those should be part of the UI somewhere as it still forgets what it had to do and has to go back, or you have to remind. It to go back to the task list and manually check it off of your own task list. You need to bring that back so it has a task list that it can check off.
