This is not a duplicate. Last week there was a similar issue that was resolved after submitting a report, and today the same error appeared again, completely blocking the work. Even though everything was working perfectly just an hour ago.

I'm also having significant problems with connection errors. This morning I did get a new error message though Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET). Retrying multiple times or exiting and restarting with --continue are my only work arounds. I'm on the 5X max plan.
