[BUG] Unable to use Claude Code, console.anthropic.com is preventing me from changing my usage, I am admin
As per my prior bug, https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/1047, I am unable to use Claude Code.
It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not received any resolution. I know you are busy with other bugs, but there are multiple other users reporting the same error.
Why am I artificially capped to $10 of usage per month with Claude Code?
Please fix this, if it is not resolved, then I have no use nor desire to continue paying $200/mo for the MAX plan.

I have the same error: API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"You have reached your specified API usage limits. You will regain access on 2025-06-01 at 00:00 UTC."
And on $100/month MAX plan!

Claude code via WSL with latest update, as of this morning
Same issue. Last month and this month. API use, not Pro or Max. Limit was set at $50. When it was hit I got an email saying it had been exceeded and that I could go increase the limit and gain access immediately again. That didn't work. And it seems like the $50 never changed since I set it to $100 last month but it still blocked me at $50.
Super frustrating.

Hi, please make sure that you are using the right account. You can do so by starting claude and then running /login. You can select Console if you want to pay API prices or subscription if you want to pay via Pro, Max or our other Claude.ai subscription plans.
