[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Tool result block missing corresponding tool_use block Total garbage this

Bug Description The new version of Opus was absolutely fantastic for the first 12 hours. After that, it's gone to complete crap. It can't even do basic code now. And I'm getting all these 400 errors and all sorts of other errors. It's absolutely. Absolutely worse than Sonic was. So it started off great, and now it can't even make a mobile page without making it the full width of a desktop page. It's got really basic tasks to do that it's not been able to do. This is an absolute joke that every time you want to do some work, that the tools don't work and they fail.
