Skill and Agents don't start on their own

All the hype around these skills and agents, which are on mine, they're all set up correctly. Not once has any of them started on their own. It has to be me. That tells Claude that there's a skill there it needs to use or there's an agent there it needs to use. This has got significantly worse. You keep releasing these gimmicks and then they stop working. Hooks have never worked and never managed to get a single hook working properly apart from 1 the sound hook when it comes to the end of doing its run
