Improve Renaming/Moving tool usage

Instructions to rename or move files often lead to very complicated read/rewrites instead of using the systems move tool. This also sometimes leads to problems if rewriting them isn't 100% correct.

I think it could be improved by include better tool usage instructions in the system prompt.
