[FEATURE] Allow certain types of edits rather than all edits across the board

Problem Statement

It seems like you can only allow edits across the board (or perhaps for a single session). But what I'd like is to always allow a subset of edit types. For example "always allow edits to imports"

Proposed Solution

Would like some way to be able to specify what kind of edits are always allowed. For example "always allow import" edits without review. Maybe it'd be another option in the list "Describe what kind of edits are always allowed"?

Use Case Example

This happens all the time when using the TUI. Claude is making edits and I want to review them change by change. But I really don't care to review changes to imported types or functions, which happens a lot.
