[BUG] network disconnection cause CC to remain permanently offline

Bug Description

disconnecting from the active network (wifi) will cause CC to remain permanently offline. Online status returns after a restart.

Steps to Reproduce

1. disconnect Network
2. reconnect

Expected Behavior

online when Network reconnects

Actual Behavior

remains "offline"

I see claude hang on its response when network is completely offline, so I am able to repro. thanks for the report!

If you use ESC multiple times before it responds, each time ending the conversation prematurely, it does the same thing. Remains offline until you do a full restart.
