[Bug] Claude Code IDE plugin context menu disappears intermittently

Bug Description I use the Claude-Code Android-Studio plugin and sometimes, claude seems to disconnect from the IDE: The "Claude" context submenu doesn't show anymore, for example if I want to send a code reference to the claude terminal
