[Feature Request] Add default system prompt file at ~/.claude/append-to-system-prompt.txt

Bug Description Append to system prompt is awesome, and I have a text file I always append to system prompt, but sometimes I forget the parameter. it would be awesome if there was an append-to-system-prompt.txt file in ~/.claude that was always appended to system prompt

There is already: https://docs.claude.com/en/api/agent-sdk/modifying-system-prompts#how-claude-md-works-with-the-sdk
