Doesn't seem to install correctly

Firstly, thanks for creating this awesome sugar.

I'm using Espresso 1.1.2 and while I've had this sugar working it now seems to have disappeared from the actions menu and none of the codesense works either. I've downloaded and reinstalled it and restarted etc etc but can't get it to work again.

Are you aware of this issue? Do you have a work around? Is it a 1.1.2 thing?
