Reference URL of page 256 is not working

Just found that reference UR of page-256 (http://workshops.boundlessgeo.com/postgis-intro/knn.html) is not working with '403 Forbidden' and "Code: Access Denied'

Seems this page turned to a part of a charged course ?

Ah, that's too bad. Looks like they did indeed move it behind a paywall.
