Group `gitlab` files in own group instead of `package.json`

I think it would be a good idea to group gitlab-ci.yml as it's own group instead of below package.json Do you have improved ideas about that?

What's the discussion? The link goes nowhere for me. I am also interested in splitting up .gitlab-*.yml files out into its own grouping.
