I think maybe they are all from a classical Linux package called [cowsay](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cowsay). Check it out if you like to see more similar stuff :)
Can you clean up the `node_modules` and try again with a clean install. If it still persists, please provide a minimal reproduction.

It requires transformations to the source file, not just serving the css. Which I don't think it's capable for postcss's plugin interface.
