Show Icons when you search

Clear and concise description of the problem

Can we change the search behavior to return the all icons and the collections? I was a bit confused when I first did a search and thought the collection returned actually contained the SQL icons I was looking for - A better UI imo would be returning both the icons and the collections on the search - instead of having the user do a separate search for all icons

Love the site regardless - just took me a bit to understand how the search works!

Instead of the search all icons - have this not there - and return like this
