Can you tell me how to replicate this error?

I am using PostgreSQL v16.4. Occasionally, a popup appears, but it does not crash the app. However, it is annoying. I didn't provide a replication method because I am simply using PostgreSQL v16.4, and this happens. I am using Laragon if it helps you diagnose the issue.
